Victory Cruise Lines has officially announced that Erie, Pennsylvania, will become a new port of call for its Great Lakes itineraries starting in 2028. The agreement follows over a year and a half of planning and coordination with local officials and the Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority. The line plans to integrate the city into its broader regional routes that span the five Great Lakes and multiple states. This addition is expected to bring thousands of tourists to the area annually. Would you be more likely to book a Great Lakes cruise if it included a stop in Erie?
