Roseau Dominica Free Internet

There is free wifi internet hotspot near the RBC Bank (which was bought out by PNC bank, so perhaps by the time you see it the sign may be updated to PNC Bank) right off of the cruise pier. The Wi-fi SSID for the free wireless internet I used was "clear2ca2". There were several other SSID's but required a password. Unfortunately this free internet was very slow, pretty much modem speed. Perhaps it was because of the number of people connected to it and using it.
