This is the Kid's menu from Royal Caribbean Explorer of the Seas, which I presume is similar across all or most of the RCCL ships.
For appetizer, your little one(s) gets to pick from:
-Guacamole & Sour Cream Dips served with crispy tortilla wedges
-Vegetable Crudite served with Ranch dressing
-Kid's Fruit Platter (combination of orange slices & seedless grapes)
-Toasted Tomato & Cheese Sandwich w/ crips green apple chips or French Fries
-Chicken Noodle Soup (rich vegetable, chicken & noodle soup)
The main entree dinner dishes are as follow:
-Grilled Chicken Breast
-Grilled minute steak
-Beef Burger
-Turkey Burger
-Grilled catch of the day
-Chicken fingers
-Spaghetti with tomato sauce or meat sauce
-Macaroni & cheese
-Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza

So definitely an impressive array of yummy tasting food available for kid's provided by Royal Caribbean. Your kids should thoroughly enjoy dinner, and if not, just ask your waiter for different dishes and he will happily oblige. Of course, you can always order from the adult menu for your child as well.
