The Flamingo Bar & Grill was a nice surprise in terms of Norwegian offering something different. Located on deck 11, right above the Garden Cafe buffet, the restaurant is free and offered fairly authentic and tasty Latin American/Caribbean food. Other guests will likely give a similar verdict and review as well.
It usually open for breakfast, then closes until 1 or 2PM, when it serves its full offerings until 5 PM. The breakfast fare is pretty typical, but the food that the Flamingo Grill provides in the afternoon is good stuff, muy delicioso.

Our favorites were the Latin Burger (got it kick to it, and you can taste the chorizo in the patty), fried plantains, BBQ beef short ribs, fried Yuca, and the flan.
The only real con about the Flamingo Grill is that it closes too early. It would be nice if it were open until midnight, offering another alternative to late night snacking from O'Sheehan's.
