The captain of the Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas is Trym Selvag. He is a Norwegian born in Ulsteinivik, and has been with the Captain for over 20 years (since 1990). He has been the captain of the ship since its inception, and now resides in West Palm Beach Florida.
Drew Devine is the Cruise Director of the ship. He hails from Canada and was a former touring musician and employee of WGN Radio.
Drew's boss is Hotel Director Martin Rissley, who has been with RCCL since 2000, and has held the same position on various other ships such as Explorer and Freedom of the Seas. He resides in Victoria, British Columbia. In the photo below, he is on the right, while the captain is speaking.
Chief Engineer of the Oasis is Kamenko Milat-Panza, who hails from Dubrovnik, Croatia. He has been with the company since 1997 when he was on his first assignment aboard Grandeur of the Seas.
Abundance Boekestein is from Traverse City, Michigan and a graduate of DePaul University. She joined Royal Caribbean in 2010.
And finally, the food and beverage director is Errol Saldanha. He was born in Mumbai India and started his career with RCCL in 1991.
