Carnival Cruises Paradise: Prinicple smoking area is the Open Deck midship. It is also allowed in your stateroom, half of the Rotterdam Bar, America Bar, & inside the Casino. Smoking in the lobbies and corridors is not allowed. Cigar smoking is only allowed at the Rotterdam Bar and the open decks.
