MSC Cruises is expanding its signature Yacht Club ship-within-a-ship concept to its Musica-class vessels through a series of fleet-wide retrofits. The project includes upgrades to MSC Poesia, MSC Magnifica, MSC Musica, and MSC Orchestra, bringing private suite enclaves, dedicated lounges, and butler service to these older ships. The line began these modifications earlier this year to meet growing passenger demand for the premium experience across more itineraries. With the final retrofits scheduled for completion by early 2027, the fleet will offer a more consistent luxury product. Do you think retrofitting older ships with suite enclaves is a better value than building new hardware?
