We were looking for a hotel near the FLL airport in Ft. Lauderdale. Looking in Hotwire and comparing it with Express Deals offered by Priceline.com, there seemed to be one that was really highly rated (90% recommendation rate, 8+ with Priceline). On Hotwire it was going for $89 before tax, but at Priceline it was only $74. Attributes of the mystery hotel included the following:

And the hotel turned out to be (drum rolls please):
Cambria Suites Ft. Lauderdale Airport & Cruiseport
The hotel looks quite modern and the rooms are well accommodated. Airport shuttle was free which was great. The reviews at Tripadvisor was 4.5, so this turned out to be a really good deal.
